Time to learn about resin as an art medium.

Select from Resin cheeseboards / Charcuterie boards to Wall clocks or even a round tray.
All materials supplied for you, beginners welcome.

What is included?

  1. A Cheeseboard (various designs to choose from) + Four (4) Coasters OR
  2. 1 x Lazy Susan (Rotating Round) board (30cm) + Four (4) Coasters OR
  3. 1x Round Wooden Art Board (Standard 38cm) OR
  4. 1x Wall Clock (38cm) OR
  5. 1x Round Tray (30-33cm) / alternative may be rectangular – 4 Coasters OR
  • Epoxy resin, range of colour pigments/pastes, apron, gloves (everything you need).
  • Introduction to working with different epoxy resins, colour materials and preparation. Health and safety.
  • A step-by-step demonstration of making an Ocean Scene cheeseboard (other colours available for your own design).*
  • The class runs for 3-3.5 hours.
  • Resin Artwork will need 24 hrs to cure to touch dry.
    NOTE: We will provide pizza boxes to take the wet resin boards home at the end of the class. Make sure you have a flat space cleared in your car boot.

What to bring:

  • Wear old clothing in case you’re a bit messy with the resin (we do supply an apron).
  • Hairdryer (we do provide some, depending on numbers – more info closer to the workshop).

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy applies.
A full refund is given, less $20 admin fee if cancelling 5 days or more before the workshop day.
Cancellation within 5 days of the workshop will incur a $50 admin fee.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your ticket/receipt to a friend or family member who can take your place (Please notify us).
In the unlikely event of a government mandated Covid lock-down, the event will be rescheduled for a future date. If unable to attend that date, a refund will be given.
Should we cancel, we will give a full refund or offer a future date.

Health and Safety:
Please be aware that if you are pregnant we advise that its best NOT to join the resin class and you must be over 16 years old, The resin we use in class is a Professional Artist Epoxy Resin (VOC free) but if you have any allergies or skin irritation toward epoxy resins, please talk to a medical professional first before commencing class. We hold no responsibility for any irritation or medical problems from using resin – everybody is different. We use gloves and work in a safe (as much as we can) and open environment in class.
